Kiseki dragged her body across the ravine, staining the pure water with a scarlet liquid, spilling from her wounds. Her Kusarigama was loosely around her neck, even such a weapon around her felt heavy at this point. The Koga dog got out of the water and limped her way to the path. She needed help relatively quickly, Kiseki can feel herself getting tired. Her legs were shaking violently as she kept taking steps, pushing her body despite screaming to stop.

There was nothing that sent shivers down Weed’s spine quite like the smell of blood. It was quite ironic, really, considering being the leader of an army. The Akita mix had been on one of his border patrols, when the wind carried over that sharp, metallic scent to his nostrils. Weed’s heart skipped a beat, immediately rushing in the direction of the scent. His mind became plagued with questions. Was one of his comrades hurt? Hod someone attacked them? Were they...dead? Weed gritted his teeth; he had to focus. Panicking would only make things worse, especially if he had to calm down an injured him dog. It wasn’t long before Weed spotted a large figure, her body dripping with both water and blood. Her spotted pattern and mohawk reminded Weed of only one thing: the Koga. Weed approached the female, calling out in a concerned voice, “Are you alright? What happened!?”

Kiseki slowly looked up to Weed as she walked closer, trying to seem fine (especially infront of the leader of Ohu.) but it was short lived as she collapsed. Kiseki growled as she tried getting up,raising up her upper body."Help...help me.",Kiseki managed to choke out with tears bitterly filling her eyes. Though the blood on her weapon and some on her head tuft is not her's, the rest was most certainly her wounds.

“Hold on,” said Weed, rushing to Kiseki’s side. He nudged the Koga female gently, helping her up to her paws. He caught her scent as he did...something about it seemed so...familiar. Weed couldn’t be sure what, and decided to chalk it up as her being apart of the team of Koga dogs who assisted in fighting Hougen all those years ago. Weed allowed Kiseki to lean against his shoulder, and he he leaned out to pick up the scythe of her weapon in his maw.
“I’ve got you,” the Akita mix told her gently, though his coice was muffled by the scythe. “I’ll bring you back to the Ohu camp. My comrades and I will look after you, miss.”

"Thank you...", Kiseki replied hoarsely, limping."No need to hold the sickle of my Kusarigama...",The Koga said as she showed him the scythe dangled with a long chain around her neck that was loose. The looks of the dog made her wonder why he looks familiar. It was odd to her, considering she doesn't remember much outside of Koga and territory. She limped beside Weed, trying to head to the territory of the army.

“Aha,” Weed chuckled politely. “I see. But, I don’t mind, really. I wouldn’t want you to step on it accidentally or anything.” Weed led her on a relatively simple path up the mountain, one with few large rocks or gorges to leap over. Once the mountain’s peak came into view, it was only a short walk until reached the rest of the pack. “There’s lots of caves up here,” Weed continued. “I’ll put you in one and grab Cross. She knows a lot about tending to injured dogs.”

Kiseki shook her head."No,I can't stay here. I came to join the Ohu Army and I am going to Gaj-",Kiseki gasped in pain at the sudden pain in her side, her face contorting violently, causing her to drop. The female Koga squeezed her eyes tightly. It seemed like something small was sticking out of her side...a kunai...?

Weed gasped, his ears flattening against his head as he noticed the kunai in Kiseki’s side. “Oh my gosh!” he cried, almost whimpering in his panic. His eyes darted about. He wasn’t exactly skilled in healing like Cross was, but he didn’t comfortable just leaving Kiseki alone. Shakily, Weed sat and began to howl for assistance, a loud, echoing howl that was carried over the Ohu mountains.
Cross padded out to the edge of the cliff, her ears perking slightly at Weed’s howl. Already, she could see other dogs descending the mountain to reach their Leader. Not hesitating for a second longer, Cross followed after them, still maintaining a bit of her speed despite her old age. She came across Weed and Kiseki quickly, pausing, horried, at the scent of blood. “Weed!?” she cried in alarm. “What’s happened!?”
“She collasped,” Weed replied, his voice shaking a bit. “And she’s wounded. Please, Cross...help her!”
“I’ll...I’ll do what I can,” the Saluki replied with a nodded. She barked at the other dogs for certain herbs and plants, and obediently, they retrieved them. Meanwhile, she and Weed lapped away the blood.

Kiseki heaved as she saw another dog come this. Her eyes glanced from Weed to Cross. The Koga winced as she felt the two dogs clean her wound. Her eyes water at the sting but didn't make a sound. The kunai wasn't helping either.

As the other dogs returned from the woods with herbs, Cross begsn to chee them up and make a healing poultice for the wounds. She gave Weed a nervous glance. “Weed,” she begsn slowly. “I have to apply this poultice, but not with that weapon lodged in her side. Do you think that you could...?” She trailed off, watching as Weed swallowed nervously.
“I...I’ll try...” Weed said. Some Leader he was, stumbling over his words as if he hadn’t seen blood before. Weed took a deep breath, looking at Kiseki’s face. “This will hurt for just a second...I-I promise...” He bent over, gently gripping the wet, bloody metal in his fangs. He closed his eyes tightly, and pulled as wuickly as he could.

Gin had been wandering around, getting some excercise for his old bones. However, he was disturbed by the stench of blood he knew all too well, and spotted a Kōga female, and his son. Instantly, Gin rushed over. " What happened!?" He asked, then looked at Kiseki. " What's your name, why are you here?" Gin was just hoping this dog wasn't dangerous, like the Kōgas he knew. Tesshin was one of the only Kōgas he trusted. Gin looked at Weed, then. " Thank you for treating her." He said.

Kiseki yowled loudly as it was ripped from in between her ribcage. Blood spurred from the wound, causing her to panic. She looked up to see a much older dog asking a question if she is ally or foe. Kiseki couldn't say anything as she slowly went into shock, shaking violently.

The kunai clattered against the ground, Weed staggering back as he watched Kiseki writhing in pain. He shook harder, feeling his eyes moisten with tears. Of course, seeing any dog injured in such a way hurt to see, but seeing this female suffer was especially hard to watch. He glanced over at his father, his ears flat against his head. “She’s a stranger...” Weed began. “She was injured, a-and I wanted to help...She just collapsed...!”
Cross applied the poultice quickly. Another dog wiped some wet moss on Kiseki’s head. “This will start healing her quickly,” she explained. “Thankfully we all arrived when we did...!”

"T...thank you.",She weakly whined and felt the moist moss pressed against her forehead,it gave her some peace of mind as she tried to ignore the burning pain. "My name is Kiseki, the miracle warrior of Koga, my life is forever in your debt.",Kiseki croaked and twitched as the poultice was applied on her wounded side. The kusarigama fell to the feet of the Ohu dogs as she laid her head down, taking a deep breath in and out.

“Please...” said Weed softly. “Don’t worry about repaying us. Every life is important; we’re all happy to help.” The Akita mix couldn’t help but rest his paw tenderly on Kiseki’s shoulder, smiling reassuringly. It was almost as if he was meeting an old friend for the first time in years...
“Give her some space,” cross barked to the other dogs. “We won’t be able to move her for a little while. I’ll stay with her until then.”
“I’ll stay too,” Weed added. “For as long as I can, anyway...”
